looking to loose weight to use DietLog. Any one that wants to feel

DietLog keeps accurate records of the food you eat and the calories you
consume easily and enjoyable. Wherever your Palm goes your new
personal dietician is with you. It includes a database of foods
that contains 1600 entries. Everything from diet soda to Chinese take
out is in the database. You can search for the food by its name or by
categories. If the food your looking for isn't in the database,
you can enter it in manually. In addition to weight loss and
control, DietLog appeals to people with particular health concerns by
allowing them to track specific nutritional information such as fat,
protein, cholesterol and more. There is even a version that
converts calories to "points" for people who belong to Weight
Watchers. I personally use DietLog every day to track the
foods I eat and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. At the end of the day I
can see which foods are high in sodium or fat and cut them out in future
meals. I recommend this application for anyone that is concerned with
their health, whether it be for weight loss or just weight
