I want to start off by saying thank you. Thank you for visiting my site and supporting this wonderful little device we have all come to rely on. The Palm Pilot V and all its siblings have helped entertain, organize and communicate ideas to one another. I first started using the Palm Pilot when they first came into existence in 1992. I originally bought it because it was a new toy. At the time organizers were just that.....toys. I owned an Apple Newton, a Sharp Wizard, and even a Windows CE palmtop. All were just toys until the smallest of the bunch came along, the Palm Pilot 1000. It wasn't long before it was either in my pocket or my briefcase and I started to depend on it every day for some reason. Whether it was for games, phone numbers, to-do items or just to show off it soon became the only organizer I would own. Of course 3Com (or U.S Robotics at the time) had to upgrade and come out with a bigger and better Palm Pilot called the Palm Pilot 5000. Wow!, 1mb or RAM, who would ever need more. Then the string of upgrades came along. There would be the Palm Personal, the Palm Professional, the newly designed Palm III, the Palm IIIx, IIIe, the Internet ready Palm VII and finally the Palm V. The Palm V created all the talk of the town with its anodized aluminum case and its sleek figure. |
I decided to do this website for many reasons. The first is to educate Palm owners everywhere what the capabilities of their devices are. Unlike any other organizer in the past, the Palm Organizer, can be customized to fit specific needs. I hope my site has helped you to customize your Palm to its fullest potential. |
